Coming Home To The Body

We   live   in   a   world   that   teaches   us   everything,

except   how   to   be   with   ourselves.

Embodiment is self-knowledge.

a journey from dissociation to rooted, felt presence.

Through the body we can meet what is stored,
mechanisms that may have protected us once,
but which may now hold us in repetitive loops,
blocking our potential, clouding our perception, and disconnecting us from presence.

These practices are pathways into deepening the felt experience of being in your body

They invite you to return to the body as home.

From my own walk of life, years of exploring expanded states of consciousness & connection with the unseen

I’ve also learned that without anchoring into the body, even the most profound experiences can become another form of escape.

True transformation asks us to return, again and again,

to what is here.

Here, you will find gentle yet transformative practices that help you re-learn how to notice your inner landscape: to listen to the intelligence of the body,
to digest experience while staying rooted in yourself, and to feel safe enough to feel.

This is the red thread through all I share.

it is about learning to hold space for yourself.

Through breath, sensory awareness, movement, and deep listening, we can expand our capacity to notice, to sense, to be with life as it is.

The more we allow ourselves to feel & feel safe in that,
the more we can take radical responsibility for how we participate in Life from an authentic place within.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient, alchemical technology designed to awaken life force, clear energetic stagnation, and return you to the truth of who you are - beneath the noise of conditioning and habitual patterns.
Through breath (pranayama), sound (mantra), movement (asana/kriya), and stillness, Kundalini Yoga communicates directly with the autonomic nervous system. These practices gently stimulate the vagus nerve, nourish the parasympathetic response, and support the release of stored tension. Over time, helping rewire the system to regulate, restore, and expand your capacity to hold your own presence.
Each breath, each repetition, each movement is a doorway inward into sensation, stillness, and the quiet intelligence that lives beneath the mind.
Kundalini Yoga honors your multidimensional nature. Bridging the earthly and the cosmic, the physical and the energetic, the subtle and the felt. We rise by rooting deeper. We ascend by inhabiting the body more fully.
There is no pressure to perform or achieve. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced, only willing to feel, listen, & explore.
A steady practice helps:
  • Awaken life force and inner vitality
  • Balance the glandular system
  • Clear energetic channels (nadis)
  • Release stagnant physical or emotional patterns
  • Strengthen your capacity to feel and hold energy
  • Deepen spiritual embodiment and integration
This practice builds resilience and gently stretches the boundaries of what we can contain - so we can hold more of ourselves.
Offered as:
  • One-on-one sessions
  • Small, intimate groups
  • Workshops and retreats
  • Weekly classes @ Northern Light Yoga (Oslo)
Yoga was designed as a pathway back to our essential nature, to break through illusion, cleanse the body-mind-spirit, and expand consciousness. It is a system for liberation, for remembering, for embodying the divine in human form.
  • The physical postures (asana) were designed to prepare the body to hold more energy, to sit in meditation without distraction, and to refine awareness.
  • The breath (pranayama) was designed to open channels, regulate life force, and dissolve internal blockages.
  • The mind practices (meditation, mantra, concentration) were designed to dissolve mental chatter and lead to direct realization.
  • The ethical foundations (yamas & niyamas) were designed to align our actions with truth, integrity, and balance.
  • The higher limbs (dharana, dhyana, samadhi) guide us into deeper states of absorption, leading to direct communion with Source.
Yoga is a technology for awakening, structured in layers so that the practitioner can gradually refine awareness, dissolve egoic attachments, and experience union with the greater cosmic intelligence.

What is Yoga Designed For?

Parasympathetic Breathwork with Healing Frequencies

A slow, subtle approach into breath.
We begin by scanning the body, sensations, how ‘in touch’ or how ‘disconnected’ we are.
Most techniques focus on lengthening the breath & gently activating the parasympathetic nervous,
the part of you that says: “You are safe. You can rest. You can be.”

Mainly through ancient yogic breathing techniques (pranayama).

In this state of deep rest, the body’s innate healing intelligence is awakened. As the breath lengthens and deepens, layers of tension soften. The inner space begins to open, revealing what lies beneath the surface of ordinary awareness. We bring mindful attention to where the body contracts.
Here, we cultivate a deeper listening. A capacity to witness ourselves without judgment or opinion. This subtle space becomes fertile ground for nourishing presence, nervous system healing & restoration.
Sessions are often accompanied by a meditative sound journey using:
  • Tibetan bowls
  • Crystal chimes
  • Native American flute
  • the Gong - a potent, vibrational force that penetrates on a cellular level, re-tuning the system
  • voice/overtone singing
Benefits can be:
  • Activation of the body’s natural healing state
  • Deep rest and recalibration of the nervous system
  • Emotional release
  • Heightened presence and body awareness
  • Expansion of inner spaciousness and safety
can be offered as:
  • One-on-one sessions
  • Small groups
  • organizational/corporate sessions
  • Weekly classes @ Northern Light Yoga (Oslo)

Medicine Dance

Movement becomes medicine when we bring full presence into the body. When we drop from the thinking mind, into the feeling body.
This is about letting the body lead through feeling, listening, allowing.
In Movemeant medicine sessions, we practice presence by moving from the inside out - letting breath, rhythm, and sensation guide us deeper into the body’s wisdom.

This is a space to meet yourself honestly.

To notice how your body holds memory, where it contracts or flows, and how energy wants to move.

We explore how the nervous system speaks through movement - revealing safety, overwhelm, patterns of freeze or flight and we how to create internal containers of trust and safety.
In the practice of deep rooted presence, we can discover more of who we are and how to move forward with more authenticity.
Guided sessions weave together:
  • Somatic inquiry
  • Intuitive movement
  • Music and rhythm
  • Elemental awareness (earth, water, fire, air, space)
  • Restorative stillness
 we explore:
  • What it feels like to be safe & the contrary inside your body
  • How to meet emotion without bypassing it
  • The subtle cues of your nervous system in motion
  • How to let movement emerge - rather than be imposed
  • What it means to free dance from authentic feeling, not performance
Every session is unique. It may bring tears, laughter, silence, or deep release. It may be wild or still, joyful or tender. Whatever arises is welcome.
Offered as:
  • Group sessions
  • One-on-one sessions
  • Only Women’s sessions
  • Workshops and retreats

Reiki Sessions

Reiki is an energetic healing art that connects with universal life force energy through gentle hands-on touch.

A session supports balance in your subtle energetic bodies, moving energy within which aids in clearing blockages, inviting deep rest, openness & renewal.

1 : 1 sessions - 3 sessions recommended
we are being called each one of us, to awaken, to heal, and to return to our essence.
It is each our individual and collective responsibility
we can't do that by thinking our way there or by searching for something outside ourselves.
but we can re-establish a felt inner experience of the present moment -
moving with awareness, breathing into our depths & learning to listen to the wisdom held in our bodies.
